Most bathroom remodels take about two to three weeks, depending on the scope of work and material availability. If we’re remodeling two or three bathrooms together, the timeline doesn’t simply double or triple. We coordinate the work across the rooms so that different stages can move forward at the same time.
Here’s how the work usually breaks down:
If electrical work is included, allow another 1–2 working days in total, split between rough-in and final installation. Countertop fabrication and installation typically take 3–5 days and are normally scheduled alongside other work rather than added to the end of the project.
Some stages overlap, while drying times and any required inspections affect the sequence. These are typical working times for each stage, rather than a fixed day-by-day calendar.
Start with an idea of what you’d like to change. Once the contract is signed, the materials need to be on site before work begins, or we’ll need an arrangement to pick them up for you.
The most common delay is waiting for plumbing components or a bathtub that hasn’t arrived yet. These items are often needed by the second or third day, much earlier than many homeowners expect.
For faucets and shower fixtures, the rough-in valve that goes inside the wall may be sold separately from the visible handles and trim. Having those components ready early helps keep the work moving.
You can buy materials wherever you prefer. We can share suppliers we work with and can often offer access to our supplier discounts. You’re free to compare the selection, pricing, and availability and choose what works best for your project.
Yes. We can share our cabinet suppliers, or work with a supplier you’ve already chosen. Either way, the goal is to find cabinetry that suits your space, style, and budget.
For large or bulky items, delivery directly from the store is usually the most convenient option. We can also handle delivery when needed, with arrangements discussed as part of planning the project.
For smaller supplies needed during construction, our team makes the purchases and provides receipts for reimbursement.
If we uncover a problem that wasn’t included in the original scope, we explain what we found and discuss the repair options and costs with you before starting that additional work. You can make the decision with a clear understanding of what needs attention and why.
We use Schluter waterproofing products. Waterproofing is a separate stage before the tile goes in, so the protection is built beneath the finished surface, not left to the tile and grout alone.
Yes. We provide a standard one-year warranty on our workmanship.
Yes. When a permit is required, we handle the application and manage the permit process. You pay the applicable permit fees directly to the city or local permitting authority.
We typically haul away construction debris about once a week during the project.
Yes. Once we start, we keep your project moving through to completion. We don’t leave it sitting for several days while we go work on another job. Some stages require drying time or inspections, and we explain those pauses so you know what’s happening and what comes next.
Usually one or two people at a time. Bathrooms are compact spaces, and a larger crew doesn’t necessarily get the work done faster. We plan the team around the task at hand, with the right trades coming in as the project progresses.
